Last week 7 female leaders from the Middle East visited the Netherlands. We were invited by RVO to give a workshop about talent to the group. RVO booked an inspiring location at Noordwijk beach, a perfect setting for everyone to open up and feel relaxed.
For us it was interesting to experience how identifying talent is easier with a group that had been together for a week. All participants helped each other in finding a name for their talent and how to use it to grow even further in their leadership.
