Talent makes good friends

When you know your own talent, something special happens with you. And not only with you. Things change when you get to know the talent of the other. The chemistry of the relationship alters as two talents meet each other. Friendship can then just arise.

We have experienced so many examples of entrepreneurs who did not know each other at the start of our programs. And who ended up being warm friends like they had known each other for years.

For example Lia, with her well-running freight forwarding company in Georgia, serves as role-model for other Georgian entrepreneurs. Yet this is not what makes her so popular. With her talent 'to make people feel happy' she has won everyone's heart. She always knows how to hit the right chord; she cheers someone up witha nice poem, she gives a strong business advice or she organizes a birthday party for a fellow brilliant entrepreneur.

Friendship is not just about talent. It's also about dragons. "Huh, just expose whatI'm not good at? I am ashamed to death', many participants reacted at the beginning of the program. They discovered that the opposite is true. It turns out to be a relief not to be the only one with a 'deficiency'. In fact, others can even help you out!

Taking each other's talent seriously and playfully dealing with the dragons are great ingredients for an open relationship and spontaneous feedback to each other. Then solidarity, trust, fun and relaxation can grow. The goal is still to grow a successful business, but it works a lot easier with friends around you.
