We just returned from a fulfilling training in Albania. Our partner Gender Alliance for Development Center in Albania selected 19 powerful business women from different sectors. There were yoga and psychotherapy studios, restaurants and tour companies, food companies, architecture, schools and training institutions.
Everyone was there from beginning to end, phones were limited to a minimum and then the magic happened. Unique talents were discovered, mini-pitches were practiced and plans were made. The training was closed by the Dutch ambassador and the mayor of Durres, who handed over certificates to the participants. The women were very satisfied and said they had never experienced such a training before. We’ll meet again online in May!
